Service provider
The services on this site are provided by Roberto Mas Marquez, self-employed professional, Tax ID (NIF) 61868284D, C/ Poeta Muñoz Rojas 5, 29006 Málaga, Spain. Contact: [email protected].
Purpose
These terms govern the purchase of the services published on robertomas.es: landing page and website design, GoHighLevel setup and automations, AI chatbots, managed hosting and WordPress maintenance. By ordering a service, you accept these terms.
Prices and taxes
Published prices are in euros and exclude VAT (21%), which is added to the invoice where applicable. Prices for custom projects are set in a prior written quote.
Payment
Projects (landing pages, websites, setups): 50% on order and 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly services (hosting, maintenance, chatbot): paid monthly in advance. Payments are made by card through Stripe or by bank transfer. We never store card details.
Timelines and collaboration
Stated timelines (for example, 7 days for a landing page) start once we receive the first payment and the required content (texts, logo, access). Delays in providing content extend the timeline accordingly.
Third-party licences
Licences for third-party tools (GoHighLevel, premium plugins, domains) are billed separately unless expressly included in the purchased plan.
Monthly services and cancellation
Monthly services have no minimum term: you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice by email. The current month is not refunded.
Ownership of the work
Once the full amount is paid, the client owns the delivered design and content. The provider’s own tools, templates and reusable code remain its property, licensed for the client’s use.
Right of withdrawal
If you order as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason. If you expressly ask us to start before that period ends, you will pay for the part of the service already performed, and you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. This right does not apply to businesses or professionals.
Liability
We provide services with due professional care. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for failures of third-party services (external hosting, GoHighLevel, payment gateways).
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring claims before the courts of their domicile; in all other cases, the courts of Málaga (Spain) have jurisdiction. EU consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
